Warranty / Return Policy

Table Pad Factory offers a 90 day workmanship guarantee. Any table pads that are delivered with manufacturing defects or shipping damage will be replaced free of charge once the damage is verified with photos. All table pads and boxes must be inspected and any damage reported within 5 days. Photos of the box will be required as per Fedex/ UPS regulations.

The table pad industry utilizes a measurement discrepancy of 3/16 inch or less for length and width. This means that when the pad is centered on the table it will be no more than 3/16 off in any direction.

To ensure a correct fit it's always recommended to pattern the table yourself rather than using a pattern on file although using a pattern on file is common practice. Sometimes the finished product is slightly different if using a pattern on file.

Our table pads are typically a half inch thick however we are unable to control the thickness of the fiberboard which can be slightly thicker or thinner. If you are trying to match up a new leaf pad to an existing pad its suggested that a new set be manufactured to ensure the color and thickness are consistent. That being said, many customers have purchased a leaf pad only with no issues.

Return Policy

Table Pad Factory has a no return no cancellation policy because each set of pads is custom made to order to the exact specifications and colors our customer provides. Therefore there is no resale value. The order can not be returned, cancelled or exchanged.
